Hello la city !
Si on s’évadait un peu pour démarrer cette nouvelle année ?
En début de mars 2020, nous avions fait un week-end à Porto en amoureux. A notre retour, le premier confinement a été mis en place. J’avoue que j’ai eu un peu de mal à publier sur ce séjour, et puis le temps a passé.
Mais l’envie de vous partager ce voyage, une ville que j’ai beaucoup aimé était plus fort. Alors j’ose espérer que 2021 nous donnera la possibilité de recommencer ces petites escapades. J’ai pris plus de 800 photos, la sélection a été difficile.
Dans cet article, je vous raconte un peu ce que l’on a pu faire en 48 heures.
Le voyage : week-end Porto
De Toulouse, il y a un vol direct sur Porto, durée du vol une heure, sachant qu’il y a un décalage horaire d’une heure de moins à Porto. J’ai donc réservé le vol du vendredi après-midi, et un retour le dimanche en fin d’après-midi.
Je réserve quasiment tout le temps sur Easy Jet, les vols sont moins chers et pour ma part ça me convient très bien pour des séjours courts.
Pour un tarif plus bas, j’ai effectué la réservation durant le mois d’octobre pour un départ début mars.
Hébergement
Pour l’hôtel, je me suis baladé sur les sites pendant des semaines. J’ai épluché la carte du centre-ville pour tenter de trouver le « meilleur » lieu d’hébergement. Ceci afin d’éviter, de multiples déplacements en transport en commun et profiter pleinement à pied de cette ville.
La trouvaille je l’ai faite au hasard pendant la période du black friday. Je souhaitais un hôtel en plein centre-ville et le Nation Porto Studio correspondait à mes recherches.
Aucun regret sur cette réservation, même si d’extérieur c’est très vieillot, à l’intérieur c’est tout l’opposé. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et notre chambre ultra propre avec un lit géant !
J’avais réservé une grande chambre, de mémoire, c’était un studio double luxe avec mini balcon vue sur les toits, kitchenette, avec petit-déjeuner livré le matin. Le personnel le déposait discrètement devant la porte, c’était chouette le matin de se réveiller et découvrir les gourmandises différentes à chaque fois. Les parts étaient très généreuses, des fruits, du jambon, des pâtisseries locales comme leurs croissants qui sont absolument à tomber !
Nous avons beaucoup, beaucoup marché durant ces deux jours et nous avons été gâté côté météo. On a fait quelques sélections de ce que nous aimerions voir et une bonne paire de baskets et go !
Le pont Dom-Luis
Le pont Dom-Luis a été conçu par un élève de Gustave Eiffel. Le pont relie le vieux Porto et le quartier de Ribeira à Vila Nova de Gaia, qui est renommée pour ses caves à vins.
La vue sur la ville est exceptionelel mais la traversée est assez impressionnante. J’avoue que je n’en ramenais pas large 
C’est un pont métallique à deux étages : sur la partie haute les piétons et la ligne de métro, en dessous les voitures et les piétons.
Nous avons fait le tour pied, de tous les côtés, vue du haut, vue du bas, près des caves de Porto. Nous ne les avons pas visitées, les horaires ne correspondaient pas et le tarif est assez élevé.
Se restaurer
Pour être franche, on ne s’est vraiment pas pris la tête. On trouve partout des petits commerçants avec des vitrines alléchantes de « Bacalhau » de morue, en plat ou en sandwich pour pas très cher.
Un soir, on a tenté un restaurant au hasard, mais apparemment hyper réputé. On a attendu quasi une heure mais ça en valait la peine, c’était absolument délicieux. Le restaurant Tapabento est absolument à découvrir, un décor à l’ancienne, un personnel accueillant. Je vous conseille vivement de réserver à l’avance ;)
Tramway ou Electrico de Porto
Vous ne pouvez pas ne pas les voir, on les voit passer dans les rues alors pourquoi ne pas profiter d’y faire un tour pour 3.50 euros ?
Nous avons pris la ligne 22 , à proximité de l’hôtel et cette ligne traverse les principales artères de la ville en partant de Batalha et passant par la plupart des monuments à voir.
Chaque rue propose une petite merveille à admirer, il suffit juste de se balader et apprécier
Totalement conquise par cette ville. En admiration devant les Azulejos, apprécié la gentillesse des habitants.
Je dirais juste que je serais trop heureuse d’y retourner avec les enfants.

Au Portugal, je ne connais que Lisbonne et j’adore ! Tu m’as donné envie d’aller à Porto…
C’est tellement joli!! J’adorerais aller au Portugal. De Lille, le seul vol direct c’est vers Faro donc je pense qu’on ira plus dans ce coin là.
Je connais Lisbonne et j’ai très envie de Porto ! 1h d’avion c’est un appel à y aller tu m’étonnes ! c’est vrai que chez toi vous êtes plus proches du Sud de l’Europe, une chance !
