Hello les gourmands !
Il y a quelques années je vous avais présenté ma yaourtière Multidélices et je n’ai pas changé depuis ce temps, toujours fidèle au poste 
j’ai abandonné mes yaourts que je faisais au four.
Je fais régulièrement des yaourts nature, des crèmes caramel, des crèmes bûlées avec ce petit appareil, c’est tellement pratique !
Via Instagram j’avais pu tester les petites doses de poudre « Zéro, un moment délicieux », à mélanger à de l’eau. On peut se faire de l’eau aromatisée en quelques secondes, sans sucre et bon goût de fruits (exotiques, fraises etc) et même cola. Je les ai retrouvé dans la Degusta box, de quoi me faire un nouveau petit stock, j’étais ravie car je suis vraiment fan de ce produit.
J’ai eu l’idée de tenter l’expérience d’utiliser une dose saveur de fraises dans ma recette de yaourts.
Ma recette pour 6 yaourts à la Multidélices :
700 ml de lait entier, 1 sachet de ferment alsa, environ 100 g de lait concentré non sucré. Un sachet de « Zéro, un moment délicieux » saveur de votre choix. Cette fois-ci j’ai utilisé celui à la fraise. Tout bien mélanger.
Position 1 yaourt sur la Multidélices, sur une durée de 9 heures.
Le résultat est top, un bon goût de fraise, c’est juste parfait. Tellement, les enfants m’ont demandé d’en refaire

Ha c’est une bonne idée!! Ici je ne fais que des yaourts, je n’ai pas encore tenté les crèmes dessert. Il faut dire qu’on a une telle consommation de yaourts que ça tourne tous les deux jours…
