Hello les gourmands !
A l’époque du monde internet, je vous avoue que je reste fidèle aux livres papiers et ça va de même pour les livres de cuisine.
Il m’arrive souvent de vérifier ou de chercher une recette sur internet , mais j’ai une grosse préférence à feuilleter mes livres.
Voici les derniers que j’ai pu recevoir de chez Larousse cuisine. J’ai déjà testé plusieurs recettes et je ne suis pas déçue.
Ayant un Companion de Moulinex depuis de nombreuses années, j’avais très envie de découvrir d’autres recettes que le livre fourni avec l’appareil.
J’ai donc reçu le livre « Mes recettes de saison au Companion » par Marine Rolland, que j’avais d’ailleurs rencontré au voyage de presse Bonduelle. I s’agit d’un très beau livre de 284 pages, il est sorti le 9 septembre dernier au prix de 19.95 €.
On y découvre 120 recettes adaptées aux saisons, des astuces. Je trouve que ce sont des recettes simples à réaliser, basiques que l’on voit régulièrement.
Le livre 1 plat/3 repas de Julien Duboué, 60 recettes au top. Julien Duboué, un chef à la tête de plusieurs restaurants parisiens à succès, il apparaît régulièrement dans des émissions télé. Il a participé à Top Chef en 2014. L’arrivée de ses enfants a mis au centre de ses préoccupations le bien manger des petits. Un très joli livre à offrir à de jeunes parents, en effet le livre est hyper bien pensé : une partie la recette version adultes et de l’autre on la retrouve pour enfants, pour un enfant de 1 an, et pour des enfants de 3 ans, j’adore !
Mes deux gros coups de coeur ! « Je batch cook toute l’année » et Bowls objectif minceur.
Bowls objectif minceur, 40 recettes saines et gourmandes de bowls. Ici on est fan de bowlcake au petit déjeuner, les enfants les préparent même seuls 
c’est vous dire !
Dans ce livre on trouve plein d’idées pour en préparer des salés, des smoothies bowls, des bouddha bowls et poke bowls (ne pas confondre avec pokemon :=) )
Si vous manquez d’inspiration, si vous voulez vous lancer dans le Batch Cooking, voici le livre, la bible qu’il vous faut ou à offrir les yeux fermés. Je l’adore ce livre. C’est un grand livre, superbe comme j’aime, de belles photos, des explications qu’il suffit de suivre à la lettre. Un livre qui motive vraiment à s’y mettre. Pour le moment j’ai réalisé quelques unes des recettes trop trop bonnes. Un bon choix de recettes, originales, basiques et simples à faire.

J’adore les livres de recettes, j’en ai plusieurs qui sont un peu ma « Bible » et que je garde toujours sur le plan de travail.

Le livre sur le batch cooking a l’air sympa mais je sais que je n’arriverai jamais à faire ça
Les livres de recettes je ne l’ai mis jamais et souvent ils ont bcp trop de recettes que je vais faire je préfère les prendre direct sur internet
J’ai acheté un livre de batchcooking mais il ne m’a pas convaincu … mais le livre est très beau
Je ne sais pas si je suis réellement devenu l’esclave de mon écran (comme mes proches me font savoir à chaque fois), car déjà, je travaille sur mon ordinateur à longueur de journée (même la nuit des fois). Et je regarde des films sur ce dernier ou je lis des romans en ligne pendant mes heures de pause. Je vais essayer d’être fidèle, comme toi, avec les livres papier dorénavant.
Vraiment ! Il existe des livres de recettes pour tous les goûts.
