Hello ma jolie city !
Il y a un peu plus d’un mois, j’ai fêté mes 45 ans, c’est pas rien tout d’même ! 
Même si je joue la forte en disant que c’est dans la tête que tout se passe, que je dirais que je me sens jeune encore, ce n’est pas si évident.
Ne plus être la petite dernière au travail, il y a 25 ans c’était le cas, aujourd’hui je fais partie de ces « anciennes » dans mon travail. Tiens ça me fait penser que je devrais recevoir la médaille de bronze cette année, pour ces 25 ans de loyaux et bons services. C’est aussi prendre conscience que les personnes qui me donnaient l’impression il y a quelques années d’être plus âgées, ne sont finalement qu’à quelques années de moi… C’est voir la peau autour de mes genoux qui flétrit et le temps sans doute de faire un bilan de santé.
C’est comprendre tout d’un coup la réelle signification de « oh mon Dieu que la Terre est basse » cela me faisait toujours sourire d’entendre des gens le prononcer, aujourd’hui, j’en ai juste la confirmation, que la Terre est de plus en plus basse.
Mais c’est aussi le temps pour moi de prendre conscience, que j’ai bien honoré tous les rendez-vous médicaux de mes enfants, les vaccins, les petits bobos, les appareils dentaires… eh bien à mon tour, de prendre le temps, j’avoue je me suis négligée sur ce point, et ce n’est pas bien !
Alors je me suis fait comme objectif pour l’année de mes 45 ans, de faire un bon bilan de santé, de mettre certaines choses au point.
Comme, prendre enfin mon rendez-vous pour une mammographie, c’est très important. Etre plus à jour dans mes bilans cardio, souci de famille. Quoique la dernière fois, au travail, on a eu le droit à un petit « parcours » du coeur, et la cardiologue m’a félicité, j’avais soi-disant un super résultat concernant le test de cholestérol et diabète, malgré que ce soit fait juste après ma pause-déjeuner, c’est toujours ça de gagné. Bon elle m’a tout de même signalé, qu’effectivement il faudrait songer à perdre ces dix kilos, surtout avec les antécédents familiaux niveau cardiaque.
Ces kilos qui m’empoisonnent l’existence depuis cinq ans… j’ai débuté croq’kilos, une méthode qui me va bien, mais je n’ai plus envie de me prendre la tête. Je m’en débarrasse c’est tant mieux, sinon tant pis, je serais comme ça et point barre. Désormais je fais en sorte de mieux choisir mes vêtements mais surtout d’y retrouver ce plaisir même si c’est une taille supplémentaire. J’ai enfin acheté un short, je n’en porte plus depuis ces cinq ans, ne me prenez pas pour une folle ou si, si ça vous fait rire.
Dans mes examens prévus, j’ai aussi fait les tests que le Professeur de ma mère m’avait conseillé de faire, à voir les résultats…
Je suis enfin passé chez ma dentiste, pourtant elle est exceptionnelle, mais il fallait que je prenne sur moi. La première étape est faite, deux dents en moins, des gencives qui sont taquines, une petite greffe d’os prévue à la fin de l’année, vous comprenez pourquoi j’étais réticente ?
Oh tiens, je dois prendre mon rendez-vous, qui sera désormais annuel, pour le suivi de ma peau, ce sera désormais un croisage de doigts chaque année…
Pourquoi tout ce blabla me direz-vous ? juste que je regrette de ne pas avoir pris le taureau par les cornes plus tôt, de ne pas m’être « occupé » de moi, d’avoir reculé certains rendez-vous parce que l’on se pense toujours suffisamment jeune.
Et vous, votre santé ?
Ah ben voilà…
Pourles fringues, c’est ce que j’avais lu : prendre des choses à sa taille dans lesquelles on se sent bien et belle…
Pour moi, c’est gyné, tous les ans. Pour la poulette et moi, dentiste tous les ans. Et toute la famille, j’essaye de prendre un rdv annuel chez la dermato… mais, il m’arrive de passer un an (pas bien !)

Justement, je suis un peu plus jeune que toi (4 ans de moins) et avec un nouveau généraliste et un nouveau gynéco (et un nouveau cardiologue en plus), pas le choix, j’ai été obligée de me remettre à m’occuper de ma santé. C’est pas un mal mais ça me fait « flipper sa race » comme on dit (surtout vu les antécédents familiaux gynéco et cardiaques…). Courage à toi !
Alors la je te félicite car moi je suis à cheval avec les rdv des enfants et du genyco comme mais côté dentiste je suis mauvaise élève….
Pour les kilos de trop, j’ai commencer une nouvelle application, à voir d’ici quelques mois si cela fonctionne!
Oh mais oui! tu as raison. Depuis mes problèmes de santé il y a 4 ans, je suis très sérieuse. On court toute l’année. Mais en été, je fais la totale, dentiste, ophtalmo, gyneco, spécialiste, bilans sanguins,… Et à la rentrée ce sont les enfants pour le check up annuel aussi et les certificats médicaux ;)
Je vais surveiller la peau de mes genoux maintenant c’est malin… ;)

alors moi perso je n’ai pas l’impression que tu as 45 ans. Donc je comprend pourquoi tu as repoussé, tu es une jeunette ^^ je vais aller faire mes examens tiens, je repousse mais ce n’est pas bien non plus.
